Woo I don't know if you've already done this: there's a mission that requires you to kill a Neochu and its children Mission 52 or 53 or something along those lines. Once it dies, you obtain a Growth Egg, that grants you 2x Exp per battle when equipped any active party member can equip it, it doesn't have to be the leader.
